Franz is an 11 year old registered Morgan gelding that has been with us for well over 7 years. He came from a Tucson family who bought him as a two year old. Getting up in age they decided to get out of horses and travel the country in their motor home, so Franz ended up with us.
During his time with us, Franz has been used extensively as a school horse for our Journey Members, Leadership Clinics, and Life Coaching Retreats. He is excellent on the ground, and is progressing well in the saddle. We now have him in full time training and he is progressing well through Level 1 of our program, and our Desensitizing Checklist.
Franz is an excellent prospect for Cowboy and Western Dressage. He would also make a great all around trail horse including Equine Trail Sports competitions. Franz has the stamina and toughness that is so characteristic of the Morgan breed. He can go all day long and never quit on you, which would also make him an ideal endurance or long distance trail horse.
